The four trim levels offered in the 2019 Honda Fit include LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L and are powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder direct-injection engine. All but the EX-L trim come standard with a six-speed manual transmission and have the option to be paired with a continuously variable transmission. The manual transmission generates 130-hp and 114 lb-ft of torque, while the CVT produces a similar 128-hp and 113 lb-ft of torque. The estimated EPA-rating for the manual transmission is 36 mpg highway and 29 mpg city**, and the CVT achieves an estimated fuel economy of 40 mpg highway and 33 mpg city**.

Convenience and Technology

The Fit delivers a versatile cargo area with four different interior configurations. To take advantage of the full 52.7 cubic feet of cargo capacity, you can fold down the second-row Magic Seat®, or just fold down the passenger-side seats in the front and rear to fit longer items such as a ladder or surfboard, fold back seats and remove the head restraints to provide four feet of vertical space, or fold back the front passenger seat and recline the back seat when you just want to sit back and relax.
