Friendly Honda Earns Honda's Top Dealership Award
Poughkeepsie, NY/ March 24, 2010 - American Honda Motor Co., Inc., has announced Friendly Honda of Poughkeepsie as a recipient of its highest dealership honor - the President's Award for 2009.
The award is presented to top-ranking Honda dealerships across the country, based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation - customer service and satisfaction, sales, training, and facility operation. This is the second consecutive year Friendly Honda has earned this prestigious award. It was the only dealership in the Hudson Valley (including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, and Ulster Counties) to win the award.
The annual Honda President's Award program has been in existence since 1995, with more than 1,000 Honda automobile dealerships participating in the President's Award program during 2009. The program award objectives are established annually to address the changing economic environment and to encourage dealerships to continually strive to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction.
